I don’t see any video. What should I check?
Section titled “I don’t see any video. What should I check?”- Verify the HDMI cable is firmly connected to both LeafKVM and the target.
- Confirm the target is actually outputting HDMI (some systems require enabling external display).
- Check the LeafKVM touchscreen:
- Does it show a preview or any error status?
- Check that the browser session is allowed to receive video (no blocked permissions).
My keyboard/mouse input doesn’t work.
Section titled “My keyboard/mouse input doesn’t work.”- Make sure the primary USB-C port is connected to the target.
- Check that the target’s BIOS/OS supports standard USB HID devices.
- Try reconnecting the USB-C cable or another USB port on the target.
If issues persist, consult the troubleshooting section on kvm.rs or open an issue once the repositories are public.
